At Class Creations, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we’re here to help.
Returns:
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Items must be returned in their original kitaging and in unused condition.
A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
Digital/downloadable products
Clearance or final sale items
Opened or used consumable supplies (e.g., workbooks, art supplies)
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at classcreations.us@gmail.com.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
